アヒージョの専門店があると友達にきき、早速行ってみました。
こじんまりとした店内ですが、カウンターにIHヒーターが仕込まれていて、そこで自分でアヒージョを仕上げていきます。
常に出来立てアツアツが食べられるのが最高。そして何よりもネタの新鮮さがすごい！
えびのブリッブリ感、肉厚なホタテ…今思い出しても辛くなります。
自家製のカツオオイルと、ハーブオイルでいただきましたが、カツオは感じたことのない旨みが、ハーブはとてもキレがあってどちらも楽しめました。
季節で入荷する食材も変わるとのことで、これは通わないとですね。
