ランチラーメン 780円
平日ランチで訪問。
行きたい店はことごとくランチ行列。
時間に余裕がなかったので、すぐ座れたこの店へ。
食券を渡す際に、
ニンニク、ヤサイ、アブラをオーダー。
スープは甘いような、しょっぱいような味。
麺はそれほど多くない。
午後の会議で眠くならないくらい。
もやし、キャベツは食感残るくらいの固さ。
チャーシューは醤油とみりんで味付けされて
いるのかな？少し甘め。
アブラはヤサイと一緒にいただきました。
ランチラーメンは麺量がちょうどいい。
