2023.12.30（土）17:45訪問、変な時間のため並ばず入れました。
このお店は、普通の「ブタ」と角煮のような「デカ豚」と「ほぐし豚」の３種の肉があるそうですが、
デカ豚の炙ったビジュアルにそそられ、「デカ豚ラーメン1,100円」をチョイス。
コールは野菜すくなめ、ニンニク、アブラ（味付け背脂）、そして黒マー油。
以下、各要素の感想。
〇デカ豚
箸で持つとホロホロと崩れていく繊細さに、口に入れると広がる炙った風味＆肉汁の旨味。
ボリュームのわりにくどくなく、何個も食べられると感じました。美味しかったです。
〇麺
麺は正直普通でした。デロデロした太麺です。
デフォの量で250gなので、決して多くはありません。ライトに食べることができました。
〇スープ
黒マー油が、刻みニンニクとは違うフライドガーリックの味わいをスープに染み渡らせており、
食欲をそそりましたが、イマイチ元のスープに、コクというかパンチが足りない印象でした。
ごちそうさまでした。
