秋葉原地域に最近開いた二郎系。
以前影武者さんのところにオープンした店。
コールの種類が定番の野菜ニンニクアブラ以外はカレーマヨ、黒マー油と辛いのがあります。
天山ラーメンを注文し、コールはニンニクアブラカレーマヨ黒マー油と辛い。
デカチャーシューはサイズが大きく、ラーメン忍者を思い出せる。
非乳化のスープは多分マイルドの美味しさを追求したいですが、個人的にはちょっと薄め。
麺の食感も普通の柔らかい麺で一般的な二郎。
秋葉原周辺地域なら二郎系の選択肢が多すぎて、このラーメンは競争力があるかどうか正直微妙だと思います。ごちそうさまでした！
