『食べログ蕎麦百名店』に選出されているこちらのお店。大正2年から100年以上続く老舗で、「かんだ」「池の端」と藪そば御三家に連なります。
祝日土曜日で開店30分前に到着しましたが、すでに10名ほど並んでいます。開店と同時に入店。
テーブル席で相席になりました。
さっそく注文。
○板わさ…850円
○天ざるそば…2200円
板わさは弾力が強く魚の風味も感じる良いかまぼこです。お蕎麦を待つ間にお酒でつまむにはちょうどいい。
お蕎麦はつるんとしてのど越しいいです。つゆは辛めの味付けですね。
海老の天ぷらはサクサクでそのままでもいけますが、つゆに漬けてもまた合います。
良い時間を過ごせました。
