寿司 すき焼き 甘味 まさしく浅草は食の宝庫
ウナギ店も数多くある中で六区おひざもと国際通り沿いにあるこのお店
浅草に来るたび外から２階の客席を眺めるといつも席が埋まっていて。
１人でも１階にカウンターがあり安心して入店しました。
別に予約必須なお店でもありませんが、２人以上なら予約したほうがいいのでは。
休日の夕方から夜にかけてのこの日、けっこう入れない人も多く。
１階にもテーブル２卓 ２階は客席も多いみたいです。
私は大のウナギ好きなんですが、ヒレ カブト レバーなど
ウナギの部位串をメニューに押さえているお店は本物だと思っています。
確保にも難しくなんらかの仕入れルートを開拓されているでしょうし。
４種と５種がありこの日は肝焼きが品切れ
ということで本来の内容とは違いましたが大満足
カリカリ炭で焼かれた香ばしさにキリっとしたタレも絶妙でとても美味しく。
部位はそれぞれ好みがありますが、食べやすくしかも見た目も綺麗に仕上げられていて
部位串に関しては盛大に太鼓判を押します。
このお店はひつまぶしが看板オススメみたいですね。
タレも塩味もある江戸前ひつまぶしというもん確立されています。
私は鰻重の（松）を注文
鰻重の蒲焼は好みの状態ではありませんでした。蒸しが柔らかすぎる。
これはひつまぶしを押しているが故のお店事情かと。
ひつまぶしに合う蒸し加減状態で蒲焼を統一されていると予想します。
鰻重の場合、肝吸いと漬けものは別セット料金
お店の店員さんがそこんとこ説明してくれなければスルーするところ 危なかったです。
個人的にもう１つ 日本酒の場合、私は小瓶で頼みましたが、グラスサイズ提供の銘酒もあり。
すぐ出せる小瓶に頼らず目の前で一升瓶から直に注ぐシステムは凄く褒めさせてもらいます。
