この日も一人ランチ。
マノスには行ったことあるが、我が家から一番近いこの店は初めてだ。
以前ピロシキを店頭で買ったことはあったが、初めて店内に入った。
店員は全員家族か？ものすごいアットホーム感。家族経営の店にありがちな親子で喧嘩腰のやり取りは皆無。良い雰囲気だ。
キャベツロールのランチを注文。
まずは生野菜。
ドレッシングほんのり味付け、野菜自体美味い。ただもう少し冷たくしないと。
ボルシチは深い味。数種類の野菜とサワークリームの少々の酸味が美味い。
次はプレート。
海老カニクリームコロッケはエビのしっぽまで入っている。エビがゴロゴロとほぐしたカニ肉が沢山。贅沢で絶品。
甘くない塩味のパウンドケーキは面白い。
ご飯とは合わないがビールとは合う。
そして、キャベツロール。
いくつかの香辛料と挽肉、ナイフでスパッと切れる塩梅も良い。
デザート、ウインナーこーあ。
