浅草で用事を済ませてからロシア料理の昼食です。このご時世だから空いているかなと思ったけれど、お客さんは沢山いました。さすがに名店です。
ランチのコースを頂きました。
まずサラダ。新鮮な葉物が中心です。柔らかいイカが入っていて美味しいです。バランスもいい。
次にボルシチ。赤いビーツのスープは塩味が薄めでした。その分、肉の味がしっかり楽しめます。ロシア圏で広く食べられている料理ですが、元はウクライナの料理だそうです。
キャベツロール。こちらのお店の看板メニュー。四角い形がユニークです。意外にあっさりした柔らかい味付けで、最後に残る酸味が特徴です。
ロシアンコーヒー。コーヒー、ウォッカ、卵黄、クリームなどが入ってます。グラスの縁には砂糖。この食後のカクテル、気に入りました。
お勘定は 3,800円でした。
戦争の影響を受けている人たちに早く日常が戻りますように。
