ほぼ口開けに近い入店を果たしたので並ぶことなく
カウンターに陣取ることが出来ました。
すぐに大将がいないことに気づきました。

4組待ちだったが10分ほどでカウンターに案内。椅子の座り心地が悪いが、美味しければ許す。

名物だった親父さんが亡くなられた後、奥様と娘さんが引き継がれているようです。
