土曜日10時45分ごろ到着。列の14人目でした。4分遅れで入店。最初は１５人ぐらいの案内で席が埋まりました。
鰻重が松竹梅ではなく、ふつう と たっぷり の２種類！
色川初心者は ふつう を選択。それと謎の ゑり焼 を注文。
鰻重ふつう 3800円
えり焼 800円
ノンアルコールビール 400円
うなぎは最後の漬けをして焼く様に準備されているので時間がかかりません。
あまり待たずにふんわり美味しい鰻が先に供され、遅れて ゑり焼 が出てきました。
ゑり焼はうなぎの頭を２つに割って串にしたものでした。頭の骨や背骨があるのでちょっと食べ辛い。一般受けするものではないです。
他の人気店でもそうなのですが小粒なお米を使っていました。今はふつうのお米でも美味しい品種がいろいろあるので、もっと美味しい鰻重に出来るのではないかと思ってしまいます。
入店から３０分うなぎTimeはおしまいです。
