【店内】
16時過ぎ電話にて予約。17時台19時まで入店可能とのこと。1階はテーブルと座敷、2階は大きな座敷10組ちょっとくらいしか入れないので予約は必須かと。
注文後の提供は早く、七輪で焼くのですが網も頃合いを見て言わずとも変えてくれます。
【メニュー・頼んだもの】
名物はハラミ塩。
ホルモン系は内臓系の注文でほぼ網羅できます(この日は、レバ、ハツ、小袋、ホルモン)。お肉のカットがとっても分厚く、ちょっと焼きすぎても硬くならない不思議。
いろいろ頼んだのですが感動した3種。
・タン
分厚い。サシはあれどくどさ無し。分厚い系のタンって胃もたれが多いのですがこれは何枚でも行ける
・ハラミ
サイコロステーキのようなたたずまい。甘だれが良く浸み込んでやわらか。
・上ミノ
分厚いのに程よきコリコリ食感。色々食べたミノの中でもかなり美味しい
色々頼みました8000円くらい。
肉の厚みと肉肉しさに感動するのはさることながらコスパの良いので是非1度は訪れていただきたい名店でした。
