近所にある人気店。通りかかるたびに、いつか行ってみたいなあと思っていた。お年玉的な気分で予約し、初訪問。多くの投稿が示す通りで、説明を加える必要がない王道の美味さ。噛むたびに味わう幸せにため息が出た。
全般的にお肉が分厚いです。炭火で火加減が難しいので、適宜場所を移しながら慎重に焼いた。中がすこーしレアぐらいに焼き上げるのがベスト。とりわけ特上タンの旨さには感服しました。卓上にあった酸味の効いたハバネロ風のタレも試しましたが、なかなか刺激的。ホルモン、たぶんとっても新鮮なんだと思います。扇情的な見た目の通り。プリプリしていて、歯触りがとても良かった。
それから、イカフェは絶品のおつまみです。歯応えがしっかりのこっている感じのイカと大根のナマスがさっぱりと調和している。
お料理の提供がスピーディーです。人件費をケチっていないことも一因なのでしょうね。
当然ながら、食事としては決して安くないので、しばらくは霞食って生きます。
