お蕎麦を食べて、今度は少し味の濃いものが
食べたくなり、本とさやさんに電話してみたところ
すぐに入れるとのことでお伺いしました。
(12時少し前に電話した時は流石に満席で、13時半頃になると徐々に空き始めると事前に確認済み)
店内は煙もくもく、昭和の焼肉屋さん感満載です。
気取らない焼肉！居心地よくとても良い雰囲気！

四角いブロック肉でボリューム満点！
さっぱりした脂。旨みたっぷり。
⭐️ロース
希少部位のゲタ。
⭐️ホルモン
お腹いっぱいの胃には少しキツイけど、それでも
美味しい！
⭐️タン
全く脂身のない赤身タン。これを求めていました！
さっぱり、歯応えもバツグン、美味しいです。
店内煙はもくもくだけど、店員さんの接客は
ハキハキ、テキパキとしていて、とても
居心地良かったです！
脂の少ないお肉も沢山あってありがたかった！
