浅草寺近くにあるラーメン屋さん。
食券購入スタイルではなく、帰りにレジで会計するタイプ。最近はめっきり見なくなったスタイルで、個人的には結構好きなんです。
出入口はラーメン屋というより、和蕎麦や和食屋といった趣き。店内ミュージックはお祭の笛の音。
1Fカウンター席は7席。2Fもあるが、行かなかった。
カウンター座って目の前にメニューが貼ってあり、しょうゆ、しお、つけめんの３本柱。こういう商売姿勢も好みです。
注文してから3分ぐらいかな、メニュー撮ったり店内を見渡してたら、すぐラーメン到着。提供時間がとっても早くてびっくりです。
永福町系大勝軒のような見た目。ゆず皮が入ってるのは梅ヶ丘駅のかつやっぽい。
スープから立つ魚節系のキリッとした香り、スープを一口。はじめに魚節系の旨味と香りが口に広がり、喉を通るころには動物系のまろやかな甘みがある。
おおっ！美味い！
麺も大勝軒と似ている中麺ちぢれ。この麺はスープの絡みが良くて美味いんだよね〜。
ズルズルっとやると、スープと一緒に入ってくる。
さっきから永福町系大勝軒の名前出してすみません。他の方の口コミにもありましたが、東京らしいラーメンとはこういうラーメンだったのかと、今日知りました。
あと、ここのチャーシューおいしい〜！火入が抜群ですよ。パサパサ感は全くなくて、柔らかくしっとりほろほろ。チャーシューの味もしっかりついてて美味しい。次来たら、絶対チャーシュー麺食べよう！
あと、このチャーシューをオンザライスして、かき込みたい！と妄想してました。ホント、チャーシューおすすめです！
最高にバランスの良い一杯でした。
ラーメンで有名な方が太鼓判押してるだけあります。ご馳走様でした！
