浅草の浅草寺近くにある人気のラーメン屋。
外国人旅行客が増えているようですが、夕方に近くを通ったら空いていたので入ってみました。
広い店内でカウンターとテーブル席があり、そこまで広くはない店内ですが、
浅草らしい和を感じる雰囲気です。
メニューは、そこまで種類は無いものの少し悩んで
【縁たまラーメン】１１５０円
を注文して５分ほどで着丼しました。
チャーシュー、メンマ、海苔、三つ葉、柚子、ネギ、玉子が乗っています。
まず、玉子の断面が双子にも見え、瓢箪にも見える不思議な形で驚きました。
たまたまかと思いましたが、メニューをみたらこれがこの店のウリのようです。
どうやって作っているのでしょうか？
さて、スープは、魚介と柚子が香る、昔ながらでスッキリ頂ける美味しいスープです。
久々にここまで香りを楽しめるラーメンだと思いました。
これが細麺に良く合い、スルスルと食べられ、全体的に軽い印象の一杯でした。
玉子は、味は一般的な味付け玉子とそこまで変わりませんでしたが、何か縁起を担いだ気持ちになれました。
また、近くに来たら寄りたいと思います。
