休日の17時頃に行くと、その時点で前に2組。張り紙で本日は17時半頃とのことで、17時20分前に再び訪れると6組目になってしまいました。トーストはお昼で売り切れることが多いそうで、この日も売り切れ。シチューのルーは野菜の味が溶け出て、絶品。肉もホロホロな部分と肉肉しい部分が共存して、とても美味しかったです。
以下はオペレーションに関することです。難ありと感じた点を書きます。
①夜の1巡目なのに、準備不足のせいか大ライスが用意できない。
②並んでるお客さんを誘導するまで遅すぎる。
放置気味で、席が空いても全く誘導もしくは説明しないので、お客さんの方から状況を聞くシーンが2度もありました。(別々のお客さんです。)
③注文を受けるのが遅いまたは説明がない
こんな感じなので、1巡目で入れなかった場合は相当待つことになると思います。とにかく説明不足も目立つので、特に初訪問の人は勝手が分からないので戸惑うと思います。味が美味しいのに、非常に勿体ないと感じました。
