釜飯は、あらかじめ出来上がり時刻を予約しておいたほうが無難。 |
年末に少し早い時間に行ったら、ほぼ待たずに入れた。いつもだったら混んでいる。
おつまみに揚げぎんなん
銀杏はうまい。塩味がちょうどよくお酒が進む。
五目釜飯とおすすめのサーモンハラスの釜飯を1つずつ注文
五目釜飯は素材のだしと旨味が素晴らしいハーモニーを奏でており大変に美味しい。
そもそも5目が、鶏・エビなど豪華でだしも出るものばかりで米がうまい。それに具材も負けていないので満足度が高い。
サーモンハラスは脂がとんでもなくうまい。こんなにうまくする調理法があったか、という。サーモンを釜飯にすると旨味が薄まってしまいそうな感じがしたが、全然そんなことなかった。
釜飯なので頼んでから若干時間かかるが、のんびり待つのも楽しい。
