浅草の博多ラーメンの人気店。はじめて訪問してみる。
餃子に明太子にチャーシューをつまみにビール、日本酒でスタート。博多のラーメン食べるならはやっぱり屋台のようにこんなスタートが相応しい。最後に〆でラーメンをオーダー。見た目はチャーシューに青ネギに木耳と博多ラーメンらしい。ただ残念ながら豚骨の香りがしない。スープを一口啜ってみてもこれは博多のラーメンのそれと違いかなりクリーミー、麺も本場では見る事の無い加水率高めのつるつるの中細麺。残念ながら首都圏にある本場に近い博多ラーメンランキング上ではこの点数を付けざるを得ない。ただ博多ラーメンとは別物の関東ナイズドさせたとんこつラーメンと考えると人気があるのも分かる気がする。ご馳走さまでした。
