一番お気に入りの博多ラーメン屋さん
何度も訪問しているが、言問通り沿いの花川戸にある、博多ラーメンうりんぼ。
こちらは永ちゃんのようにかっこいい大将がやっている、私の一番お気に入りの博多ラーメン屋さん。
本日は息子と共に
博多ラーメンとうりんぼ特製濃厚つけ麺。
どちらも絶品。特につけ麺は割スープが博多ラーメンのスープに使う豚骨スープ。
美味しかったです。

浅草の言問通り沿いの花川戸にある、こちらの博多ラーメンうりんぼ。外国人向けにもメニューを作るくらい、地元からも外国人からも愛されるお店。
店主が自分の求める味をずっと研究して、たどり着いた豚骨スープが自慢。

濃厚豚骨ベースのつゆに中太麺が絡みつく。
割りスープは豚骨ラーメンのベース出汁。
とっても美味しい。

豚骨ラーメン屋さんが真剣に作ったつけ麺！
浅草保健センターの近くの言問通り沿いにある、こちらの豚骨ラーメン「うりんぼ」さん。
豚骨ラーメンの名店である。
ここの豚骨スープは博多のそれより関東人に合わせて作ってくれている。
とても濃厚でまろやか。
その名店が数年前から渾身のつけ麺を出している。
しかも値段も安くコスパも最高。
スープはコクがあって濃厚なスープ。
とてもシンプルであるが、これがまたいい。
麺は中太麺でコシがある。
大変美味しかったです。
