発見して 一目散に 向かいました。

ほぼ 満席の 盛況ぶりにも 期待を 脹らませて

麺 は
一本 一本の 存在を 感じる食感の
パツパツ系 の 中太麺。
スープ は
食べ初め 少し 豚骨臭を 感じましたが
直ぐに なれました。
麺 も スープも チャーシューも
全部 美味しい。
本場の 博多ラーメンが 味わえて
単品 の ラーメン は 650円 なので
コスパ も 良い お店だと 思います。

雑になっていて
店内の 捌き方も 荒くなっていたのが
気になりました。
なので 減点しました。
