平日、ランチタイムをちょっと過ぎた頃、空いてました。
『らーめん』￥６５０ 安い！
カウンター５席？に４人テーブル４かな？
カウンターでメニュー観てると麺の固さには触れておらず、口頭でばりかたってあるんですか？と世間知らずみたいなすっとんきょうなことを伺うとかしこまりましたと。
あとで店内見渡すと壁に麺の固さ書いてありました笑
で、５分強で出来上がり。
極細麺の博多系にしては思ったよりもかかった気がしましたが、麺を見て納得。思っていたよりもやや太い麺でした。
そしてやや黄色い。たまご麺というのかな？
スープ…うん、あっさりしつつパンチある豚骨で旨いです。
麺…ばりかたにしては固い気もするけど美味しい。
ということで特筆することはそんなにないのだけれども、美味しいのは確か。
ただ店内昔ながらな感じがするので女性向きではないかな。
店員さんは割と先輩な方でしたが丁寧ですし感じ悪いことは断じてないです。
値段もお安い。
博多豚骨ラーメンに何を求めるのかで好き嫌い別れるかも。
わたしは好きっちゃ好き。
ちょっと来づらいかな〜
