This is my first visit to "Urimbo". I saw it on my way home from a drinking party and visited there with an acquaintance. This time, I ordered an egg Ramen and my bowl of rice arrived in about 5 minutes. The visual of classic is the Hakata Ramen! I immediately took a sip of the soup. The soup has a rich pork bone flavor. However, the aftertaste is rather light and the smell is moderate. It's just right for closing a drinking session. The noodles are thin and straight. Ramen It is a perfect match with the soup. I finished my bowl of noodles with a half-boiled egg and some red ginger on the table. I wondered if I should order a second helping, but the word "diet" kept popping into my head, so I decided against it. I enjoyed my late-night Ramen dinner. Thank you very much for the food!
