以前あった居酒屋と東南屋という屋号は一緒だが、経営は別もので、現在は紅虎餃子房などを経営する際コーポレーションの経営。
際コーポの店はメニュー等のデザインが独特で、和食になってすら、紅虎と同じに見える。私はこのセンスが嫌いである。
たまに地焼きが食べたくなるが、地焼きの鰻を供する店は都内では少ないので、際コーポの店って微妙だよなと思いつつ、白焼き１尾と蒲焼１尾がのるうな重をテイクアウトした。
２尾のって税込みで約４千円は大変に安いとは思う。
でも、身がやや水っぽく、安いなりというか。。。
貴重な水産資源である鰻は、大事に提供しなければならず、スーパーやファストフード店で鰻を売るのは禁止にすべきとすら思っている。
そのレベルほどひどくはないのだが、、、貴重な資源であり、味よりCP勝負で提供するのは、いかがなものかと思う。
