本日はこちらのお店でランチ。浅草に住んでいながら一度ももんじゃを食べていませんでした。こちらたびたびテレビで取り上げられているみたいですね。開店と同時に来店しましたが、食べ終わる頃には行列でした。
明太子もんじゃと、もちもんじゃをオーダー。セルフでつくるスタイルです。スタッフはかたことの日本語で、客が作るのを見守っているのかな、もんじゃが焼けてきた頃に一声かけてくれたりしました。こちらワンドリンク性のようで、ホッピーを呑みながらのもんじゃ。幸せ。
もんじゃはオーソドックスですが自分でつくることで楽しいですね、明太子もんじゃは食べる頃にちょうど明太子の味がほどよく残るくらいの分量です。タレの種類は壁に書いてあって、醤油をれんげ半分との事、これで正解。
もちもんじゃのちょうどもちが毎回食べられるくらいの分量、つくりながらヘラでもちを叩いていく必要がありますが。
おかわりで桜えび焼きそば、こちらは最初に肉、次に野菜、最後に麺を焼いていきます。分からないことは店員さんに聞きながらつくります。
食べ終わる頃にはお腹いっぱい。もんじゃのアトラクションいいですね、楽しかった。
