浅草です
老舗の甘味処があると聞いて
食べに行きましたが
あいにく この日はテイクアウトのみ
それでも 開いてないより良いか…
他のカタの画像で興味を持った
「豆かんてん」(500円)と
好物の「ところてん」(500円)をお願いしました
宿に持ち帰り まずは
「豆かんてん」からいただきます！
黒くて艶々と輝く豆が 山盛り！
その下に 綺麗な乳白色の寒天！
原材料の表示が無いので ハッキリしないけど
この豆は 赤えんどう豆？だよね？？
私が知ってる赤えんどう豆とは まったく別物！
薄皮は ほんの少しだけプチっと歯応えがあり
中は ほっくりと ほどける食感です
豆って ざらっと感があるものだと思ってたけど
この豆は フワッと溶けるように消えます！
今だかつて 食べたことがない 新食感です！
ホントびっくり！！
うっすら感じられる塩味と 豆の風味が
ボリボリっとした食感の寒天と
甘さ控えめの黒蜜タレと 相乗効果で 美味しい！
こ～れは 唯一無二かも？！
その後 食べた「ところてん」
これまた
今までかつて 見たことが無いほど
透明感のある 綺麗なところてんです！
塩味弱めの酢醤油と アオサの小袋付きです
どちらも 全量かけて いただきました
アオサの香りが 素晴らしく美味しかったけど
アオサを吸い込んで むせちゃった(笑)
ちょい かけ過ぎたかも
や！
ほんと 美味しかったけどね
次回は ぜひ店内で
「あんみつ」を 食べたいと思います！
