今となってはいろんなところで販売されていますが、発祥はこちらだそう。
ジューシーな豆は程よい噛み応えで楽しい食感
寒天の固さも程よく絶妙
蜜の甘さもしつこさがなく上品な甘さ
シンプルでいて究極、さすがの一言でした。
■あんみつ
豆かんにフルーツ、あんこと求肥が入った王道あんみつ
あんこは塩気が効いていて、求肥は砂糖がまぶしているのが印象的でした。
食感が増えるのでやはり満足度が高いです。
豆かんとあんみつ、その日の気分で食べたいものが変わりそう。
訪問は雨の日の平日、ふらっと覗くとまだオープン前
入口扉は空いていて店主さんと目が合い、
持ち帰りだと買えないか伺ってみると、開店前なのに快く対応頂けました。
