It's about a 10-minute walk from Asakusa Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Go through Sensoji Temple, cross Kototoi-dori, pass by the side of 5656 Kaikan, and it's on the right after the second large alley. レトロな浅草の街中、
浅草寺を通り抜けて行った先には、
モダンな佇まいのエントランスがありました✨
お店に到着すると、可愛らしいカバさん4匹と、お着物姿のマダムがお出迎えしてくれます。
心躍るプレゼンテーションに、斬新な盛り付け、一皿一皿、目を奪われてしまいます
見た目は、イノベーティブ・フュージョン的な、新しい切り口の独創性に満ちたお料理ですが、
お味はというと相反して、旬の素材を存分に生かしつつ、フレンチの伝統を守り抜いた実直で繊細な味わいです。
コースの構成も完璧ですし、和のテイストとの融合が、エスプリに富んでいて面白いな〜と思いました
メニューは素材のお名前のみの記載で
、イマジネーションを膨らませながら、楽しみに待っていましたよ
記載のあるメニューの他にも、フィンガーフード的な小さな前菜や、希望制によるスペシャリテなど数品提供されるので、コースの終盤にはお腹がはち切れる寸前の嬉しい悲鳴

どれもこれも美味しかったですが、1番美味しかったのは、パリパリサクサク食感の甘鯛の松笠焼きです！
雷おこしやら、浅草を代表する建造物を型どった人形焼きチックなカリカリのフィナンシェなど、浅草らしさを意識した遊び心のあるデザートにも、癒されました〜
