こちらのモンブランだと思います。
いつも長蛇の列。訪問したのは日曜夜でしたが、この日も例に漏れず行列。
名前を書いて並びました。かなりの人が並んでいたので1時間くらいかかるかな、と思っていましたが回転が速いのか意外にも20分ほどで入店できました。(後で知りましたが待ち時間は1人＝1分と思ってください、とのこと。この回転率の速さは店員さんのご配慮、努力の賜物…)
赤ちゃん連れだったので店員さんが配慮してくださり、ベビーカーの置ける広めの席をご用意いただきました。
こちらは色んな種類のハンバーグが楽しめるお店。
メニューの写真を見て気になった、ロシア風ハンバーグを注文しました。
サラダ、ご飯orパンがつきます。
ロシア風ハンバーグは鉄板に乗って登場。
コクのあるブラウンソースがぎゅっと詰まった肉肉しいハンバーグによく合います。
肉肉しい、と言いつつも適度な脂もあり、柔らかく本当に美味しいハンバーグ。久々にこんなに美味しいハンバーグに出会いました。
人気店なのも納得。そろそろ百名店入りも果たすのでは？と個人的には思います☺️
