Our specialty is Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) which is eaten with a spoon. This is a dish with many fans that uses rich and mellow eggs, tender chicken meat, and plenty of green onions. We recommend eating with a spoon, as we serve it on tableware that provides the best balance between ingredients and rice when scooped. Please enjoy this cup, which has been designed to bring out the maximum flavor.

By simmering chicken bones (bones) with flavored vegetables for a long time and crushing the bones, we have extracted plenty of collagen. We have created a rich soup that can only be tasted at our restaurant.

The base is a clear soup made by boiling down chicken with aromatic vegetables. It is characterized by its refreshing yet rich taste.
Food Grilled skewer made with carefully selected ingredients and salt
We use carefully selected chicken that has a soft and refreshing taste and a rich flavor. There are various types of salt, but Toriyoshi uses sea salt for sea ingredients, mountain salt for mountain ingredients, and rock salt, which is the most compatible with chicken. We also recommend our special ``dango'' (tsukune), which does not use filler. Enjoy the filling dango by dipping it in the rich egg yolk.
Just a short walk from Asakusa Station. "Asakusa Toriyoshi" is a restaurant serving Mizutaki hotpot with rich collagen Hot Pot and charcoal grilled dishes. Courses start from 3,500 yen.
