【お店の様子について】
昼食時間帯としてはかなり遅い時間に、浅草界隈を歩くと、老舗のとんかつ屋の前にランチメニューの掲示を見つけました。
浅草界隈は歩く機会が多いのですが、「あれ？このお店、ランチメニューを提供していたんだなぁ」と思い、お邪魔してみました。
店内も、外観と同じく老舗の雰囲気を感じる和食料理店です。
客層は、浅草観光客が主のような感じがします。
接客はかなり丁寧に感じます。
【お料理について】
★ランチ 上ヒレカツ定食 900円
ランチメニューということもあってか、私の訪問時刻が昼食時間帯としてはかなり遅いタイミングのためか、提供時間はかなり早く感じます。
漬物・副菜・味噌汁・御飯・メインの上ヒレカツ…と順々に提供してもらえます。
メインの上ヒレカツを、ソースやマスタードを使いながら、いただきます。肉自体も柔らかいのですが、肉を包む衣の部分もサクッとしていて香り・甘みを感じます。たっぷりのキャベツ千切りも嬉しいですね。パセリも彩りにアクセントがありますね。
味噌汁は香りがよく、ごはんがしっかり美味しいのは嬉しいですね。
副菜・漬物もいい味わいです。
雰囲気もいいお店だと思います。また機会があればお邪魔してみたいですね。
