味噌トンカツ定食を注文。
普通の味噌とんかつとは違い、カツの中に味噌が練り込まれているオリジナリティ溢れるトンカツだった。
少し甘めの白味噌(合わせ味噌かも?)が使われており味噌感の少ない味だった。
好きな人はとことん好きな味付けだと感じた。
ただ、肉が特別美味しいという訳ではないため期待のし過ぎには注意かもしれない。
定食を注文すると味噌汁と白米が付いてくるのだが、この味噌汁が非常に絶品だった。ぜひ定食で注文して欲しい。
