席に座り、ランチロースカツ定食注文
とんかつさん到着まで

夜は、お好み焼きもやるのだろうか？？
店内の雰囲気もそんな感じも
しないでもないかも・・・

ご飯がちょっと柔らかいかなぁ

肉の仕込みには手をかけているらしく
肉の筋を取り除いているらしい
なるほど❕丁寧な仕込みによるもので
肉が柔らかいのかぁ
ほろほろと肉の繊維がほぐれていくような
感じがしたのもその為かな？
