久しぶりに一松さんにお邪魔しました。いつもながら、お部屋の装いやお料理に感じられる、季節感溢れる心づくしに感激しました❗毎回感じることですが、ここの焼き魚はさすが料亭の味。それから、石川県産の小芋の煮物。ヌメヌメした小芋特有の食感を残しつつ、クセのない味わいでした。あ～美味しかった。
あと忘れてならないのは、一松さんのあるあたりは江戸グルメ発祥の地だということ。江戸の天明のころ、浅草の雷門前あたりに定食屋ができ、そこから江戸グルメが発展していったともいわれます。そんな思いいれもあり、まさに、江戸を食すという感じでした❗
