浅草の六区通り近くにある老舗洋菓子店です。京都の高級洋菓子店で修業された店主さんが2004年にオープンしたお店となります。
〇みるくの樹（200円）
フィナンシェとマドレーヌの中間生地の店名を冠した洋菓子です。ヨーロッパに伝わる銘菓フリアンをアレンジしたものです。普通のフィナンシェかとおもいきややさしいミルク味が口の中の後から広がる独特の味でした。日持ちは常温で20日です。
〇はちみつりんごパイ（220円）
メディアで紹介されているりんごパイです。576層が織り込まれたパイ生地が特徴です。ぎゅっと詰まった固めの意地がサクサクで、小さいですが満足度が高いりんごパイでした。日持ちは冷蔵で6日です。
香料、保存料が不使用でバニラも使っておらず、素材にこだわる洋菓子を作り続ける姿勢には共感できます。
