えーっと、このお店がどうのということでなくて
(こちらのお店は、特に非を打つところのない平均的な牛角さんでしたよ)
牛角さん、あるいはグループ店
つまり㈱レインズインターナショナル
って偉いなぁ、考えてるなぁ
とどこのお店を訪ねても思うわけです。
商品開発を大切にしているところだったり
単価設定にすごくシビアで、適当な料金がなくて
絶対に狙いがあるところだったり
レシートにお茶０円って印字されているところだったり
レシートに関しては
お客様へのアピールというより
オペレーション改善の結果、生まれてきた工程だと
にらんでいますが、どうでしょうかね。
あと、レシートについて気になった点。
他の飲食店より横幅が少し太いところも
こだわりを感じられます。

本当は、西八王子にある
他の焼肉屋さんに行くつもりだったのですが
満席だよって言われたので
本当に、数年ぶりに牛角さんに入りました。
雰囲気というか
若いスタッフの運営手法は、昔と変わらないなぁ
なんて観察しながら
食事を楽しむことができました。
味について
ちょっと書いていますが
まずいとかじゃなく、なつかしさすら感じました。
そうそう、これこれって。
学生当時の焼肉って
手が出る範囲では
牛角さんくらいしかなかったからなぁ。
色々と走馬灯なひとときでした。
