【お店の様子について】
浅草エリアは、人通りの多い場所と少ない場所の差が激しく、意識的に人通りの少ない場所を歩いてみると、「十割そば」とノボリの立っている日本料理のお店を見つけることができたので、立ち寄ってみました。
地面に置かれたホワイトボードには、「昼（？）の定食」の記載があります。
崩された書体のためか、この日は雨だったので文字が消えてしまったのか、読み取れない部分も多かったのですが、ひとまず入ってみることにします。
お店に入ると、２階もあるようですが、今回は１階の席に座らせてもらいました。
掘りごたつ形式の席で、靴のまま席につきます。
店内には水車があり、日本料理らしさが演出されています。
【お料理について】
★定食 キンメ開き 800円
お店の方に注文を伝え、しばらく待ちます。
提供時間は、すこし長めに感じましたので、ゆっくり待ちましょう。
定食は、メインの焼き魚の他、御飯・味噌汁・漬物・副菜２種と種類も豊富です。
キンメは、身が詰まっていていいですね。コラーゲンが豊富そうな目玉も、いい味わいです。骨も少なくされているようで、ありがたいです。
味噌汁はお吸い物のようにあっさりした風味で、副菜も美味しいですね。
御飯も艶があって、あまみを感じます。
この内容で800円なのは、かなりのコストパフォーマンスだと思います。
私自身は浅草エリアにそれなりには詳しいつもりですが、まだまだこうした隠れたいいお店があることに驚きを感じます。
これからも長く続いていってほしいですね。ごちそうさまでした。
