バンダイの真正面にあるお店で、テイクアウトだけでなくイートインも可能。
はっきりと集客商品・収益商品を切り離しているお店で、
きちんと「売り方」を考えられているという点で、素晴らしいお店だと思う。
例えば、
プリンとシフォンケーキ、エクレアは集客商品で、
「利幅を削っても美味しいもの、人を呼べるもの」をきちんと用意して作ってあり、
一方、収益商品の「フツーのケーキ」はやや割高に設定されている。
ある意味、ここまで徹底されているお店は珍しい。
（だから、フツーのケーキだけトライして、「高い！」という感想をお持ちにはならないように・・・。）
なお、今回戴いた、ビッグエクレアは、
「日本一大きいのでは！？」との触れ込みに違わず、大きさ、味、CPともなかなか。
行った日には置いてなかったけれども、シュークリームも美味しいんだろうな、と思う。
その辺の「トライの仕方」を間違えなければ、結構満足できるお店だと思います。
