平日の昼に、友人と訪問しました。
コハダと穴子が美味しい、と聞いたら行かないわけにはいきません。
コハダは肉厚で、酢締めは浅いです。自分の好みです。美味しかった。穴子も大ぶりでホクホク。白煮といっても良いのかな？ よそで食べる白煮はカサカサしていることが多いのですが、こちらのは適度にしっとりホクホクしていました。
いわゆる町寿司というカテゴリではかなり美味しいコハダと穴子だと思います。
店主が気さくで話好き。ここに好き嫌いは出てくるかもしれませんが、浅草のお寿司屋というイメージとピッタリ重なります。
店主と妹さん、お母さんの女性3人で、亡くなられたお父様の仕事を受け継いでおられます。
お父様、相当腕の立つ方だったんだろうな、と思いを馳せました。
