◆ 甘味処山口屋本店

千束通りにお店を構える甘味処山口屋本店へ行ってきた。
あくまで甘味処なので焼きそば専門店ではありません。
店内は古き良き日本がそのまま現存している雰囲気。
食堂チックな席の配置もまた良い。
焼きそばを待つ間、厨房から中華料理屋のような『ジュージュー』激しい音が聞こえてきたが、焼いているのはおばぁ様。
お袋の味かと思いきや、なかなかボリューミーでガッツのある焼きそばだった。
心温まる接客も素敵で心から『ご馳走様でした』と声をかけてお店を後にしました。
