初めての柿汁での夕食。ずっとブックマークしていたんだが、キャッシュオンリーなこともあってついつい劣後していた店。今日は1人での夕食だったので利用してみた。
店内は思ったよりも広くて奥には座敷もある。20時過ぎの入店だったので、もうほとんど食べ終わる感じの先客が2名ほど。ご主人と女将さんの2人でマネージしている。
麦焼酎のソーダ割りをお願いして、料理はこちらの名物料理である蟹シュウマイ、海老しんじょう、肉じゃが、冷やし茶碗蒸しをお願いした。
お通しは煮物。しっかり目の味付けで美味しい。
蟹シュウマイが来たのだが、蟹シュウマイと認識できない見た目。ポン酢の小皿で蓋をされている様な感じでその下には蟹シュウマイ？が3個入った汁。女将さんが汁も飲めると言っていたけど、蟹シュウマイというより蟹しんじょうのお椀という感じ。美味しい。海老しんじょうは熱々ホクホクで美味しい。そして肉じゃが。サイコロステーキの様な赤身の牛肉がゴロゴロしていて、小さなジャガイモとのシンプルな見た目。濃い目で甘辛い煮汁で味付けられているのだが、これ美味しい。ご飯が欲しい。冷たい茶碗蒸しは具沢山。メニューにご飯物が見当たらなかったが、ご飯を食べる前にお腹いっぱいになってしまった。
トータル6000円。適正価格。もう40年になるのだそうだ。
