初めての喜久鮨でのランチ。ランチメニューや穴子丼などどれにしようか悩んだが、穴子とコハダと白身が食べられるにぎり8貫セットの味(2000円)は赤身2貫、白身2貫、穴子2貫、小肌2貫と言う結構好きなネタ中心の構成だったのでそれにしてみた。白身はシマアジだろうか？粉わさびが効いてる。にぎりは綺麗。赤身は色が薄くそれほど大きくないマグロなんだろうなって思う。小肌とシマアジは結構美味しい。穴子は煮つめが甘めで軽め。赤出汁美味しい。PayPayも使えた。
