遅ればせながらの夏休みで東京・横浜へ。
初日は東京。ゴリとのハシゴ酒です。
ゴリとのハシゴ酒は、集合する駅のみ決めておき、あとは行き当たりばったりの無計画(集まる駅によっては、一軒目だけ予約しておくこともあります)。
今回、我々が選んだ地は浅草！
さて、どんなお店が待っているのだろう。
今からワクワクです♪
雷門前に集合した我々。まずは浅草寺さんに参拝。
いろんなお願いと共に、今日のハシゴの成功も祈願しておきます。
そして、そのまま六区方面をぶらぶら。
この日は平日の夜でしたが、どこもお店は賑わっています。
平和だなぁ…。みんな楽しそう…。
夜は長い。ちょっと路地裏に入ってみましょう。
そんな中、ゴリレーダーが作動。
この店、良くないですか？
目の前には、昭和感の強い外観のお店が！
『浅草 豚とことん』さん。
何とも良さそうな雰囲気。壁に貼ってあるメニューも良さげなものばかり。
どうやらカウンターは空いている様子。行ってみましょう♪
まずはビールで乾杯！
お通しは煮込み。ちゃんと美味しい。
さて、何をいただくか…。
このあと、ハシゴするわけですので、ここは3品ルールでいくことにします。
数ある誘惑の中から我々が選んだのは…。
トンテキ、茹でタン、栃尾の油揚げの3品。
トンテキは大きな肉をカットして登場。
一切れ一切れが大きく、食べ応えありです。
そこに添えられているのがバター。これがトンテキのソースとめちゃくちゃ合う！
東京ではこれがデフォルトなのでしょうか？
田舎者の私にとってはとても新鮮。プチ感動です(笑)
茹でタンはこれまた肉厚。
これが思いの外柔らかい。
柔らかいけど、心地良い噛み締め感もあり、噛めば噛むほど旨味が滲み出てくる。添えられたわさびとの愛称も抜群！
絶品！これは注文して良かった✴︎✴︎
栃尾の油揚げは思っていた味噌挟みではなく、鰹節がふりかけてあります。炙ってあるので香ばしさがプラス。
これがまた、ビールやハイボールに合います。
うん。これもいい。
3品ルールなので注文はここまで。まだまだ食べてみたい品はありましたが、それぞれが結構ボリュームがあるため、これだけでかなり満足感もありでした。
浅草ハシゴ酒。
雰囲気といい料理の味といい、1軒目はかなり満足感の高いお店でした。
さてさて、2軒目はどこにするかな、ちょっと探検してみましょう！
