店内は先客3人
金髪のホール係さんと金髪のキッチン担当さんで回すので、繁忙時には、遠慮しながらの発注になる。
土地柄か、外国人客が店先テーブルに陣取るが、忙しくなかなかオーダーは取りに行けなさそう。
冷奴にやたら大量のネギ。
弥太郎モツ煮にも大量のネギ。
モツは原型保つ系。
焼き物は小振り、先焼きを加熱焼きのせいかな？
少し水分が飛んでいる。
ホッピーの中は少な目が悲しい。
