浅草で先輩と旧友と飲みの約束をしていたこの日。
前乗りして、1人0次会を楽しみます。
お花見もラストかなと思われる週末。どこのお店も大盛況で、一人で飲むには少しうるさすぎるかな思いながらぶらぶらしてたところ、こちらのお店に空席を発見！
とりあえず行ってみます。
焼き鳥、焼きトンがウリのようですが、土日限定メニューが気になりました。
「牛塩煮込み」煮込みが有名な浅草界隈ですので、これはとりあえず頼みましょう。煮込みと言ってもモツだったりスジだったり色々あるのですが、こちらは牛すじ煮込みでした。
飲み物はやっぱりホッピーで決まりですね。
意外と知られていないが、我らが三重県が誇るキンミヤ焼酎、地元より関東圏で圧倒的に売れてるんじゃないかと思います。キンミヤ＋ホッピー、これぞ浅草ですね。
牛塩煮込みですが、確か400円でしたが、量がすごい！これだけでお酒3杯は余裕です。良い味で煮込まれた牛すじはいい肉使ってますよ、これ！シンプルな塩味で肉の旨みが最高です。一味をドバッとかけていただくのもまた美味しいです。もう一つ週末限定メニュー「もつ刺」刺身といえ、さすがに生ではないですが、ボイルされた牛ホルモンです。
いや、これもめちゃくちゃ美味しい。ボイルしただけなのに臭みは皆無。ホルモンの旨みが割とあっさりした感じで、これはすごいです。ほんとに臭みが一切なく、こちらも新鮮なもつを使っているのは間違いないです。
ちょっとたまたまふらっと寄ったお店でしたが、かなりの名店でした。お値段もかなりリーズナブルで、お気に入りのお店になりました。次があるので焼き物は食べませんでしたが次回の楽しみですね！
