この日は浅草へ。
浅草で飲んでおりましたが、火鍋を食べたいという希望を頂き、こちらの佳鼎 火鍋屋さんへ訪問です！
ずっと気になっていました(・∀・)
いつも混雑しているイメージ…
遅い時間でしたが…やはり満席のよう。
空いたら電話してもらうように伝え、他で時間を潰します。
やっと入店。
飲み放題を希望するも、食べ放題と一緒ではないとできないそう…
まずは瓶ビールでスタート(・∀・)
きゅうりをつまみながら火鍋を待ちます。
タレは 1つ150円、日本式、四川式、台湾式があります。
ひとまず全部注文してみますが、私は使わず終わってしまいました。※いつも火鍋はお塩とパクチー、唐辛子で食べるのがメインです！
生卵は日本式なのかな？あとはごま油ニンニクと、ゴマだれ。
スープは白湯と激辛麻辣。
具材は、もつやお野菜、春雨の皮などなど。
春雨皮は初めて食べたけどうまうま(・∀・)
激辛麻辣は全然辛くないですが味はうまうま。
