たまに行く韓国料理屋さんです。
夜にも数回行ったことがありますが、昼の方が圧倒的に多いので昼のみの評価となります。
オープンキッチンとなっており、
店内はカウンター数席＋テーブル席で、ランチ営業はいつも２名で運営されているようです。
７－８割は女性客のようですが、男性も入りやすいお店です。
いつもランチはほぼ満席になります。タイミングが悪いと入れません。
今日は、木曜日のランチ選択で「プテチゲ」を頼みました。
グツグツと煮立った状態で、提供され、熱々で食べられます。
スープは単純に辛いだけでなく、ソーセージ等の出汁で甘みも若干ですが、感じます。
ランチは日替わりだけの提供ですが、毎日行っても飽きません。
常連のお客さんと思しき人がランチを注文しておりましたが、
キッチンの方が「しいたけ嫌いでしたよね？」とお客さんに確認して、材料からしいたけを抜いて調理されていたのが非常に印象深かったです。
サービスも充実しているな、と強く感じました。
またお邪魔しようと思います。
