蕎麦前で昼呑み
昨日は朝から焼鳥が
食べたくて仕方なかったのだけど、
朝仕事を終えて外に出たら、
気持ち良い春の陽気に、
冷たいお蕎麦が恋しくなり、
健さんとこに駆け込む。
運良く一巡目の最後の1人に滑り込み、
昼から幸せなお酒時間。
天鰤の炙り刺し
空豆と蕗の薹の天麩羅
どんこのつや煮
鴨せいろの冷汁
毎回全部美味しいのだけど、
初めて頂いた鴨せいろの冷汁に
感動して、『美味しー』を連呼。
具材が入った器に冷えたお汁を
入れながらいただくの。
お野菜の甘味と歯応え、
鴨の旨味にお蕎麦のコシと香り、
あぁ、たまんない❤️
