平日の昼間、前回は夜来たので
今日はランチで利用した。
オープン待ちで先客1名
12時ジャストに開いて、カウンターに案内された。
限定5食のカレーつけ麺と迷ったが
本日頂いたのは
お昼の蕎麦御膳
●海老と青ねぎのかき揚
蕎麦は二種盛りにした。
始めに野菜の小鉢がきて
10分後くらいにかき揚げと蕎麦が提供された。
蕎麦のセイロは秋田産、田舎蕎麦は北海道産と説明された。
そばの香りはほんのり漂う。
どちらも喉ごし良くこしもあって美味い
出汁はやや甘目
海老と青ネギのかき揚げは揚げ具合が
好みでとても美味かった。
柔らかめの天麩羅よりもややぱりっとした天麩羅の方が好みだ。
かき揚げはとても気に入った。
帰り際ご主人がみんなに挨拶して好感持てました。
ご馳走様でした。
