浅草寺周辺は観光客が増えてかなりの人人人ですが、裏浅草は至っていつもと変わらぬ静かな雰囲気。
そんな裏浅草のこちらのお店に、猛暑のときにさっぱりと蕎麦！ということでランチに伺いました。
店内はカウンター席と小上がりの座敷席があり、全体的に落ち着いた雰囲気です。
注目したのは海老と青のりのかき揚げで、もりと田舎そばの二種盛り（2778円）をいただきました。
清涼感のある突き出しをまずいただき、しばらくしてから海老と青のりのかき揚げが提供されました。海老が多めに入っており、青のりの香ばしいさでさっぱりとしたかき揚げで、絶妙な味わいでした。
その後、伸びてしまうので早めにお召し上がりくださいと店員さんから一言いただいて提供された二種盛りは、見た目に瑞々しいのが分かります。本日のもりは茨城県守谷産、田舎は北海道川上さんとのことでした。
いずれも甘みとコシがあり、喉越し充分でとっても美味しかったです。
おかげでほてった体もクールダウンすることができたました。最後に濃いめの蕎麦湯をいただきお店を後にしました。
帰り際に店主と思われる方から、暑いところお立ち寄りいただきありがとうございます！との温かいお言葉。
また是非伺いたい裏浅草の蕎麦屋さんです。
