年末のある日、平日の浅草。人混みでごった返す浅草寺を抜け、裏のゴロゴロ会館を右手に見ながら歩き、昭和の住宅街に入り、
「えっ！？アニマル浜口のジムってここにあったんだ〜」
なんて独り言を言ってるとすぐに前方に列を発見！住宅街には似合わない人の列なのですぐにわかるこの店「丹想庵 健次郎」。友人は平日だからすぐに入れるだろうと言っていたが、念の為予約をしておいて正解だった。っと言っても、結局は開店まで並ぶんだけど、予約してる人から優先的に店内へ通されるシステム。オーダーは生ビールと２種盛り。２種盛りとは田舎そば（10割そば）と普通の蕎麦の２種が盛られた健次郎オススメの１品だそうだ。
さて、友人と二人、昼ビールを堪能し、そのビールがなくなる頃、ツユが運ばれてきた。いよいよ蕎麦の登場間近‼️そこで思ったのは、ちゃんとビールを飲み終わる頃を見計らって運んでくれている節があり、だとするならば、ちょっと凄いな〜と感じた。
やがて蕎麦が登場、いよいよ実食‼️
田舎そばは思ったほど癖がなく、美味しかった。店の人のアドバイスもあり、塩で食べてみたが、これも絶品。ちなみにこの店は本ワサビを使用しているので、塩にわさび足しもかなり美味。つゆは田舎そばに対しては少々弱い感じで、やはりこのツユには普通の蕎麦がよく合うようだ。
この店に来たら、やはりこの田舎そばを味わうべきだと僕は思う。個人的には、日本酒を飲みながら、「田舎そばwith塩&わさび」なんてのを浅草の裏でやった日にゃ〜文字通り「江戸っ子」とどこからともなく言われてしまいそうな粋な蕎麦屋だった。
